Porter Hardison passed away this afternoon, Friday, September 25th. Visitation will be Sunday, 3:00-8:00 and the funeral is Monday, 2:00, all at Hillcrest. Hillcrest is the funeral home and cemetery on the Tullahoma Highway. It was Porter's wish that memorials be sent to Horse Mountain Church of Christ, to Hospice Compassus, or to Henry-Joyce Cancer Center at Vanderbilt. Please continue to hold Linda (Collins), Little Porter, and Anita and extended family in your prayers. Porter touched us all in so many ways.

Porter was a good friend. Porter and I started first grade together. We finished High School together. We lived in the same neighborhood together.We were even neighbors in our late 40s. Linda and kids I know you miss him alot,but he is standing tall next to our FATHER.It want be long, we will all be back together.BEAR...
